I'm recently experiencing frequent hanging and force quits with Acrobat DC. It opens and work without issue, but as soon as I swap to another application and come back (I click on Acrobat in the docking bar to bring it back to the front screen) it will hang with spinning circle. I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud for over 2 years without issue.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled. The app is current with the latest updates. This issue does seem to coincide with transferring onto a new I'm using a new Macbook Pro with the latest MacOS.
I'd appreciate any feedback on what this could be?
Thanks
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with Acrobat on your mac machine, is that correct?
Could you try rebooting the machine if you haven't already and check if that helps? If that doesn't work, try troubleshooting steps given here:Troubleshoot Mac OS 10.x system errors, freezes | Adobe software
Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Acrobat DC Application hangs frequently. I have the latest version and update patch, latest Mac OS. As soon as I leave the application and come back, or select it from the task bar to bring to the front, it hangs and I have to force quit.
Have tried everything suggested by support, except for moving the preferences file. I can't find one for Acrobat. Every other Adobe App but not DC.
Creative Cloud 4.6.0.384
