hi,

after my research about the photo license topic I am still doubtful if I can use about 10 pictures (standart licensed) for a small instruction bruchure.
The brochure will come with a physical product and will be sold together.
Am I allowed to use the pictures in my brochure?

Any help/advise would be very appreciated!

Thanks

maxg3586077,

If the images are not the primary focus of the brochure, you can use the standard license. However, please make sure it does not exceed 500,000 copies(if using standard license).

Hi maxg3586077,

Thanks for reaching out to the Adobe Stock community.

An asset of Adobe Stock may be featured in merchandise or can be sold if you use an extended license.

Please refer to Stock Licensing & terms FAQ: Where can I find the terms and licensing information for Adobe Stock? in order to get more information about the licensing terms and restrictions of Adobe Stock.

Hope this information helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards,

hi, I just noticed a two days old post where someone asked a similar question. Instead of a brochure he wants to sell a book. Same thing to me, the images support the content and are not the primary focus. As long it is not exceeding 500.000 prints it is fine, as you said below his question. Is there a difference between mine and his case and am I missing something?

Thank you
