Sony XAVC Intra (.mxf File) Glitchy Playback Problem

I have Sony FS7 M2  camera, I used to shoot in slog3 Xavc Intra codec.

The problem is this I have playback issues, the video is not running smoothly on Sequence timeline.

4k 60fps footage is worst in this case , every time I hit spacebar to play the footage the audio of the footage goes distorted noisy.

while this issue my----

CPU Uses 70%

Ram Uses 60%

GPU 35% maximum

My Machine

CPU - Threadripper 1950x

Ram - 32gb

OS drive - SSD

Working Media Drive- SSD

Cache Drive - SSD

Software - Adobe premiere Pro CC 2017

After this issue I tried Davinci resolve 14 for editing, just I imported these 4k 60fps files they are running so smoothly woooooo

What is your import workflow?

  • Copy entire contents of SD card to a unique folder on hard drive. ALL folders included, not just "video" clips
  • Import using Media Browser in Premiere

What display card do you have in the system?
