Dual-audio-channel video bug?

I recorded a dual audio channel video using OBS and it plays well in VLC. When I import it to Premiere, there are still two audio tracks, but the second audio track acts as the same as track one. So basically the two audio tracks are duplications instead of discrete audios. What is happening? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am using v12.1.0 (Build 186)
