Compressing as quick as possible

I exported a .mov which ended up at 136.11 gb and need it to be compressed for DVD size through media encoder ASAP. What is the quickest way possible without a dramatic decrease in quality as the time remaining is now at 12 hours

136 gig is hugh. DVD requires only 4.3 gig.

Please post screenshot of export settings of this mov.

Might want to export straight to mpeg2-dvd instead of mov first.
