In the project on the sequence, image sequence DPX is located, after clicking the render and replace, the MOV is rendered and the resulting MOV is one frame smaller than dpx image sequence. And if you do not render the DPX, then when you render the entire project, the places with the DPX image sequence are rendered incorrectly!!! !

In your screengrab the original DPX sequence has timecode with semicolons > ; which normally implies an NTSC style rate ie. 29.97 drop or non drop frame timecode.

25fps normally use only colons > :

It appears that the sequence is not being interpreted correctly. Have you interpreted the frame rate on this DPX sequence or did it come in as 25fps?

What frame frame rate is your DPX clip, your sequence, and your render and replace settings? There is possibly a mismatch between one of these.

You were very close to the truth)) there is not NTSC), but there is a problem with the frame frequency) when transferring the sequence from the After Effect to the Premiere, the frame frequency was 25.00010 instead of 25Screen Shot 2018-07-12 at 7.54.49 PM.png

but in Bin it is not visible))
