Stroke changes when reduced in size

•Created icon in Ai CC with brush tool and Wacom tablet.

•When i reduce icon below a certain size the stroke doesn’t scale.

•Have changed settings in Transform - Scale Stroke and Effect to no effect

•Designing Ceramic Pins so gotta fix this... any ideas?

I think it has something to do with the Live corners function? When I scale

down and the corners thicken I get these little corner widgets? And if I

drag them around It changes the interior of the corner. But change the

sizing of the file and it reverts back to the image I shared originally. I

don't get it: it's just a stroke drawn with a brush... why does it treat

the corners oddly? Any help is appreciated Michelle.

Scale stroke and effects

Window > Transform > Check the scale stroke and effects

you can make it always active by getting in the preferences (CTRL+K) then check it there

Looks like you ran into the blob problem with the calligraphy brush.

Try and Object > Expand appearance before scaling it down.
