Installing Problems

Hi,

I bought ADOBE Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15 Student & Teacher Edition from PC World.

They provided me the Product Key and the download links to do the installation. I then followed the steps and got onto the steps where I have to enter the Product Key.

My product key goes like this: ABCDE0-0000-0000-0000-0000 (EXAMPLE)

Now the problem is when i try enter the exact key i cannot put letters in it so i'm really confused on what to do because this is quite expensive for a software and I really need it.

Please message me back, I would appreciate it.

Serial numbers are 6 groups of 4 numbers

Adobe software never asks for a Product Key. It requires a 24 digit serial number.
