Hello,

Try creating a folder on your C: drive and call it 'install' . The actual name doesn't matter. Now go to C:\install and put your Photoshop installer in that folder. Run the installer from that location with Administrative permissions. This error is associated with the path to the installer-let us know whether it works. Which version of Photoshop are you installing?

Are you trying to install from the Adobe Creative Cloud app, if so try uninstalling the app using this tool

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

and reinstall

Uninsatll everything to do with Adobe Photoshop (all folders, and make sure it isn't on Add/Remove PRograms)
