Illustrator can't detect Creative Cloud app

I can't access my cloud library within Illustrator because it tells me to download the creative cloud application.  But that application is already installed.  In fact, the creative cloud application can detect Illustrator.

Yes. I actually use the creative cloud app to open Illustrator.

I believe so. Version 4.6.0.384.

What type of antivirus are you using, if any? Also what OS and version?

Malwarebytes.

I’m my laptop used Windows 10, my desktop uses Windows 7.

I have Malwarebytes on each PC. Both PCs have the same issue with Illustrator and CC App.
