Hi,

I’m having the same problem on Windows 10, it won’t launch, gives me no error just won’t open. I’ve tried to reistall creative cloud and done all of the system updates for windows - still nothing. I’ve tried shift + ctrl + alt but nothing happens on opening.

Please help urgently as I need it working within the hour.

Thanks.
