All apps promotion concerns

So I recieved the promotion which ends today at 50% off or as stated $29.99 per month and I would really like to purchase the bundle at this rate but I have concerns that I would like to address with a cutomer service rep. Only, there is no chat support available and no phone support either.

I would have to initially download this on a laptop which will soon be replaced. Can I re download to a new computer later?

Also, the month to month cancellation terms with regards to the automatic renewal.

Hopefully I can get some support and take advantage of the current terms.

SOME programs are available Monthly instead of Annual https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1926342

Others are only available with an annual subscription, you may choose to pay monthly or once a year
