The blue line didn't match the blue cube, which on the timeline. However, the frame I cut is all match to the middle of blue cube, only the blue line didn't. Even when the project play to the end, it still shows like it doesn't. All the projects match the middle red line I draw not the blue line software provided. It doesn't matter to use but it will confuse me some time. The only problem is how to make the blue line back to middle. Thank you for reading and hoping to know how to make it to middle.

Hi xiangc0413,

Looks like a redraw error. Can you update your GPU drivers and report back?

Thanks,
Kevin

Basically, head to the website for your GPU and download the most current drivers for your GPU model. Then install the drivers according to the manufacturer's instructions. Hope that helps.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have the same bug. First, i had no problem with Premiere, but bug appeared after installing trial-version of Photoshop CC 2018

Do a clean install of the driver.

Leave all the fancy stuff unchecked.

Looks like the Problem is caused by Custom Scaling in Windows 10. Premiere and other Adobe Software Products can't handle custom Scaling.

Solution:

Go to Settings --> System --> Display

Look for "Scale and Layout" - Set it to 100%, Restart eventually --> Problem solved
