missing photoshop cc

hi

i recently paid for and downloaded lightroom from official site which claimed included photoshop cc for 12 euros a month but when clicking on edit in photo shop it says not installed ?? i downloaded this on the expectation re web site that this was part of deal ??wot am i missing or should i cancel...

As far as I know, each program install is separate... so installing Lightroom does not automatically install Photoshop
