Adding text causes choppy video when exported

Hi help!

New to Premiere Pro. Been searching for an answer for a while but every time I add text to my video and then export, it causes choppy segments in my video.

Why is this happening? How can I fix it? I made sure the text and my export settings are set to the same frame rate.
