Hallo Leute,

lg, Martin

Go to Preference - Lightroom Sync and change the location of the ’Lightroom CC ecosystem images’. You have selected the root of the Users folder, but that is a folder that is off-limits for Lightroom. It does not have privileges to write to that folder.

Hi Martin,

Sorry that you're getting an error message "Lightroom can't write in the following directories. Until this problem is solved, Lightroom CC, the synchronization may not work correctly. / Users" while using the Lightroom CC app on your computer.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and when exactly are you getting this error message?

Generally the error message shows up if Lightroom doesn't have Read/Write permissions to write sync data to the destination (parent folder /users in this case). I'd recommend that you allow full read/write permissions to these folders in the below article(solution 2): Solutions to Adobe Lightroom Lightroom user permission issues on launch

Also, refer this discussion for more details: Error message when opeing LR Classic.....

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Akash
