I have  been processing Ricoh files in Lightroom Classic since I purchased the program in January 2018 with no problems.  Suddenly I can view the files but when I go to develop module I cannot see anything or make any adjustments. I can make adjustments in Lightroom Mobile to the same files and when I view them in Library the changes are there. However - I cannot see them in the develop module. I can print them however. This is new. I have the latest version of lightroom.  I work on Windows 10 if that matters.Any thoughts?

Try going to the Lightroom preferences, performance tab, uncheck the graphics processor option and see if that corrects the problem.

Just a blank grey image - nothing. If I go back to Library I can see the image
