RH7 - Translation to Japanese

The Help system has been translated to Japanese and generated in RH (don't know which version). When opened and generated in RH7, the results shows the TOC and Index full of junk characters. The default language was set to Japanese before generating. Any idea why this is happening?

When you say you don't know which version of RH7 was used, I assume you mean for the translation.

Do you have all patches applied? There have been three and you should apply all.
