XAVC Intra files won't open in Premier

I'm trying to move a sequence from Avid Symphony to Premier to color it (because Avid Symphony sucks to color in) everything is transferring fine except for the 4k AVCIAV.MFX files.  I get a corrupt or incompatible file format error.  Is there a codec I can install to make this work?

I have not experienced this issue but have read posts that say the following suggestion helps:

Try moving those source files into a new folder with a different name.

Then try linking to those files that you located in a new folder.
