I have some camera profiles I made about a year ago and was wondering if I need to re-make them to work properly with the new version of Lr and camera Raw?

Thanks,

Alan.

Assuming that they have a DCP extension (e.g. crated in Xrite Colorchecker Passport or Adobe DNG Profile Editor) they will work fine with Lr Classic CC / Lr CC builds from 7.3 and Camera Raw builds from 10.3 onwards.
