Adobe Measure Tool

I have been using adobe tool for weeks and the measure tool has been no issue at all until now and cannot see what has changed I entered the measure tool scale and ratio on 2D and entered 10mm = 1m i.e on precision 0.01 which normally reads 4.70m now its reading 5.476.00 i.e what could have changed I cannot see this could have happened or where to correct any ideas?

I have adobe reader dc and there are tool add on's and the measure tool is in the tool tab

Unfortunately I think the Measure Tool is just an end user tool. But the Acrobat SDK is for use by programmers. I suggest the Acrobat General Troubleshooting forum.
