Lightroom 4 not printing full page 13 X 19

I have Lightroom 4, printing to a Epson Photo Stylist R3000. I can not get it to print a ful page 13 x 19. It is printing an image 3 1/8" x 4 3/4" in the lower left hand corner of the paper.

I have tried reloading drivers. Setting different paper sizes. I have only used Epson 81/2" x 11" paper previously to this, and it works fine.

I am fairly sure I am setting everything up correctly on the Lightroom print page, I have gone over it several times and have tried printing a half dozen images with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.

So you have NOT selected any of the default templates?

You have set the [Page Setup] printer dialog for 13x19" paper?

You have set the Cell Margins to Minimum?

You have set the Cell Size to Maximum?

What other details can you provide to assist an answer?

Can you screen-clip the whole interface to show- the Preview window, the Central main window, and the Layout Panel expanded?

This is a User Error problem and not specifically a LR problem.

You have not set up the printer or page layout properly.
