Edit sync issue across selected images

I recently updated to Lightroom Classic CC 7.4 via adobe creative cloud desktop app. Once I create a new catalogue, add images, migrate to the develop model, edit pictures, the sync option across images is not working. What is the fix for this bug?

PS: I'm tried it on two different PC's and same result.

First lets make sure you haven't overlooked something simple.

In order to synchronize the edits, you need to select more than one image. Have you done that?

Also explain what you mean by "is not working". Give us details.
