Video dura 1 fotograma al importarlo

Hola, yo no suelo tener problemas con Adobe Premiere Pro.

Pero resulta que importé un video a "Origen" en el editor y resulta que dura 1 fotograma.

El video original que tengo dura 1 minuto y 40 segundos, pero Premiere lee sólo el primer fotograma.

El video es de un gameplay grabado con ElGato Game Capture HD60, y no sé si sea por eso la que no funcione.

No es la primera vez que me pasa, pero es un problema el que tengo. ¿Cuál debería ser la solución? Muchas gracias.00214.PNG

Debes dar mas detalles para poder opinar.

Que versión de Premiere tienes.

Que SO tienes.

Puedes poner un informe del MediaInfo, y elegir en el menú ver-árbol, copiar y pegar aquí.

El vídeo lo puedes reproducir sin problemas fuera de Premiere.

Lo que dices es que tanto en el monitor de origen como el del programa se representa un solo fotograma.

Alguna ves pudiste abrir un vídeo de esa capturadora.

Bueno, poca información, debo suponer que la capturadora genera archivos VFR (variable frame rate), Premiere reconoce el archivo pero no sus fps.

Si es un VFR la opción Interpretar Metraje no funciona, puedes probar renombrando el .mp4 a .mpg.

Si no funciona lo anterior debes usar el HandBrake para convertir el video.

It has nothing to do with vfr or cfr (or maybe it does?)

Its the Elgato device. Adobe is working on a fix.

When I did not see the MediaInfo report I assumed that the video is a VFR, I did not say it was the problem, that helps me to be able to give an answer.

I'm glad that Adobe works on it, meanwhile I'm always going to try to solve the problem with the software it has now.

I am not one of the people who wait for the problem to be solved, I am one of those who look for solutions.

This is a known issue with Elgato footage.

Either revert to previous build

convert or wait for update.
