PPRO installation failed error 146

Hi guys,

Is there a way to get Premiere Pro work ?

I try all tips mentionned here : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/Error_Code_146.html

But nothing change

Installation with Creative Cloud neither direct installation give something.

I have every time the error 146 :
