So recently i got the trail version of cc 2018, issue is when i export the video edit, it exports the beginning part of each clip i cut from, so if i like cut 5secs of the middle in a video that is 30secs, instead of using that middle cut, it will play the beginning of the clip for 5sec. It also does this within premier pro every time i use an effect that is not gpu accelerated like write-on or warp stabilizer(using the beginning of whatever clip i cut from). another issue i had is, when blurring out things like number plates, it tracks perfectly within the program, but when exported it shrinks slightly or moves off to side and does not blur out what i need to be blurred out.
