Every time when I Copy-Paste object with attached Graphics Style, this action creates duplicate of style in Library with incrementing number suffix.
How to reproduce this bug in Adobe Illustrator CC 2018:
As result, you will see that new pasted object have "Test style 2" instead of reuse already exists "Test style" style. When repeating this actions - we will got more duplicates "Test style 3", "Test style 99", etc.
How to prevent creating duplicates of style in library, and reuse the already exists attached style?

Is it only this document that has the problem?
I can repeat it in your example, but not in new documents.
If I cut your rectangle and remove all graphic styles, paste the rectangle back multiple times, I do not get duplicate graphic styles.

No, this is not only one document, this is just an example created from scratch. The problem repeats for me often with many documents, created in one version of Adobe Illustrator on one computer. It repeats not each time, but randomly.
So I want to understand the source of the problem and the solution how to solve it (convert bad Graphics Style to normal) without recreating whole style from scratch.

I had the exact same result as Ton. The problem returns as soon as i close and reopen the document. The fix bad plug in global object names plug in does not repair the file , so to me sounds like Adobe needs to look into tweaking that plug in.
Is there different about your install. Do you have any plug ins or a special language install, as I noticed the cyrillic layer and artboard names?
Though a manual removal of code could fix this one file, sounds like your install is creating these. Cleansing your prefs helps might help from stopping this weed of code from being planted in your new files, but obviously not your existing ones This can spreads quickly so is very much a concern for me, and applaud you for your concern for finding the source of the problem.

I create this file with reproduced problem in fresh clean Adobe install (I already try reinstalling before create this post), so have no plugins installed, only default Adobe setup. Application language is Russian (Cyrillic).

HI MurzNN,
Appears that Ton and myself cannot recreate the issue unless we use your file. Something is likely altering your file. My suggestions is might be something that latched onto your prefs or OS (eg: clipboard enhancer)
Can you confirm you are on the latest version CC 2018, as what nto sure by some of your previous posts.
Did you Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems to remove before reinstalling?

I do a fresh Windows 10 install and Adobe Creative Suite on virtual machine, and it reproduce the same problem in new created files (after closing file and open again), so the source of problem seems in Illustrator, not in clipboard extender or other software. Can you recheck the problem and try to reproduce?

If you see and try to re-create this graphic style based on the pattern brush, as in my answer to this question here: Looking for illustrator script to swap all objects with another - Graphic Design Stack Exchange
When such an appearance is recorded as a style and applied to one object, copying and pasting that object adds the copy of this graphic style into the styles panel.
However, alt-dragging such a shape or using the layer-panel-activated duplication does not add the unexpected copy of the graphic style. Also interestingly enough, copying and pasting multiple shapes with this style also do not add the copies.

So this is the bug in Illustrator and must be fixed? Or this is "feature" and will not be fixed in new versions?

Looks to me like a bug that is happening on your files. We cannot recreate and I have not heard of this exact issue before on forums. A similar issue is in the link Monika posted, but that one spread to files by copying any element to a file and you are using CC2018.
Would be helpful to know

Hi,
I have the same bug - duplicate graphic style after copy paste.
Very hard to reproduce in a new file.
For me, there were just a couple of graphic styles that duplicated after copy paste.
I solved this by remaking those "corrupted" graphic styles from scratch and replacing the current saved ones with clean ones.
I did a clean remake of graphic styles:
1. started from default appearance and a basic shape
2. didn't use anything from graphic style and swath panels. (not sure if this had any influence on the result)
3. if I needed a specific color, I copied the color code from a swatch
4. after the appearance was finished, I replaced the graphic style that was "corrupted" with the clean one
