Has the photo been edited? I can’t see any thumbnail badge to indicate adjustments or slider movements in your screenshot.
Try moving the sliders and then click YY button for the before/after side-by-side view.

It looks like you may have the incorrect LR version you are licensed for running.
Tell tales are the bottom two sliders in Basic section greyed out and the missing Reference view 'RA' button beside the compare 'YY' button.
Post the first few lines from Help-> System info
There is a bug that somehow allowed LR Classic CC to be installed and stay running beyond the trial period when you only have a LR6 license.
