i believe i had it "resolved" by having an older version of word installed (alongside word 2003). before i initiated robohelp, i would open that older version of word (just to have it cached), then close it, and open robohelp. that was the only solution that worked for me. -

Peter Grainge May 13, 2009 11:32 AM (in response to nylarising)I know this post is old but I just caught by it and was assisted by Adobe in finding a solution.
I looked in the registry for the key shown and found it was missing. I created it by copying the details from a working machine and it all seems to be working OK.
I have also attached the image so that you can download it and read the details more easily.
