10 min startup time for premiere pro

when im starting up premiere  it takes up to 10 mins to get from the splash screen to the actual program.

its really weird and frustrating. it started heppening to me today and i dont know why.

Have you rebooted recently? Have you recently installed any plugins? You might also try clearing the Plugin cache by holding down the shift key as you open the application.
