I am using Robohelp 7 HTML to generate WebHelp. I'm using the XP Silver skin, with slight edits to tweak the colors. My problem is that I cannot get it so that the navigation controls (contents, index, etc) show up by default when the user opens help from the application it's documenting. But the navigation controls are displayed by default when I click View Results after generating it. What am I missing? Thank you!

That is down to how the developer calls your help. As long as the help opens correctly when you run the Start Page, your help is working correctly.

Help others by clicking Correct Answer if the question is answered. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here. "Upvote" is for useful posts.

Any hints on how the developer should do it (opening a specific WebHelp page AND getting the navigation pane open at the same time)?

We have just changed from HTML help to WebHelp and the developer has not got it working right yet. Also, Different browsers (IE6, Firefox 3, etc.) don't seem to respond the same.
