Opening a PDF as a Copy

I have a PDF that is published to my entire agency.  When I need to update the PDF, someone had it opened and I am unable to modify or delete it.  I need to know how to set the PDF up so that it opens a copy of it rather than the original.  Is this possible?

No, it's not. You'll need to save the file to a different location yourself.
