Hi,

If I nest a 4k file in a 1080p sequence it will be of 1080p dimension, thus if I put Warp Stabiliseron the nested sequence, am I gonna loose some quality due to the fact it's gonna be zooming on 1080p rather thank 4k  ?

If that's the case, would there be a way to prevent that ?

Thank you.

Right click the clip from the bin and create the sequence from there.  Then nest that into the main sequence.

Are you saying that doing that there will be no loss of quality ?

Are you saying that I have to change my main sequence to be in 4k ? Or rather to pick the file coresponding to the clip, create a new sequence with it then nest that sequence within my main sequence  ?

Because I don't want my main sequence to be in 4K...

So I did that but after comparison with screenshot I don't see any differences of image quality, so is it really necessary to bother doing this at the end ?

The difference wasn't about quality, it was about seeing the entire image, not the cropped version.
