Is there any way to move pages backward and Forward in Acrobat Pro XI ?

   My name is Mitul.

  I own Acrobat Pro XI, Is there any way to move pages (for example - from pages 48 - 59 BEFORE Page 16 &  Pages 68 - 76 BEFORE Page 28) in same PDF file?

    I tried , but cannot figure out.

In the navigation panel "Page Thumbnails" you can select pages and move them.

  Thank you , but Do I move manually?,  tried, but it is very hard for me.  Is there any other way ?

You can also extract and insert pages.
