Hello!

My Lr Classic CC version is 7.4.

I shoot in raw, then I edit my raw files and export them in .jpeg (high quality).

Despite I see the editing on my computer, when I send the pictures via WhatsApp web/email etc the same editing disappear, so my friends and myself actually receive the original photo as it was before Lr!

How can I fix this problem?

Thank you in advance for your help

And you are really looking at the exported jpg's and are sending these jpg's?

What are you using to look at the jpg's?

I send the exported jpegs to people through WhatsApp. On this computer platform (WhatsApp Web) they are edited, but on my WhatsApp app (phone) they are not and they are unedited for my friends, too. I look at them with Microsoft image visualizer or onto WhatsApp Web with the WhatsApp visualizer.

As this is simply not possible if you really work the way you describe, it's likely that you don't see subtle edits like color changes because the images are viewed in a non-color managed app. I would suggest you try this with a very obvious edit, like changing the image to black & white.
