Lightroom classic cc misidentifies lens info

I am using windows 7/ LR classic CC.
I try to do 'lens-correction' but LR applies wrong lens as is in the picture.

The weird thing is, LR already shows correct lens information on top of the picture, but applies wrong lens.

What's wrong with LR?
