Salve, ho attivato un abbonamento annuale ad Indesign a giugno 2018, prepagato annuale.

Pochi giorni fa ricevo una mail con annullamento, non richiesto.

This sounds like something that will have to be handled by customer support since this is a user to user forum and most of us here are not Adobe employees. Since it is now Sunday you may have to wait until Monday, depending on your region. To find out the hours that they are open in your region go to Adobe - Customer Service hours of operation . Then contact them at Contact Customer Care.
