Video exporting with horizontal lines across it, but only where text has been added

I have updated to 12.1.2 and still have the same issue that was in 12.1.1.

When I add text on top of video and export it the section where the text appears goes dull in colour with lines across it. It returns to normal when the text is not showing.

The video itself exports out fine so it's only when text is added.

Got to be a bug - any one else having this issue?

Having seen your example, can you post your system specs?

Are you confident you are using the correct video driver for your graphics card?

This is certainly unusual behavior.

How are you adding the text?

Can you post a screen shot of your export settings, including the Summary, like this example below:

I am adding text just with the standard Text tool, nothing fancy.

It also does the same when preset is high quality 1080p HD, I have done many videos like this its only today I am having this issue with the text.

It's a brand new HP PC so its the video driver that came loaded. Nothing has been changed.

I see that you have hardware encoding.
