Can not add multiple video's

First problem

When i add one video in premiere that works but when i add the second one only sound can be added.

When i do a new installation from scratch it work a couple of times good but then the problem is back again.

The video format is the same 1920x1080 and 50 fps

Second problem when i click help premiere is closed.

Check your Source Patching and Track Targeting:

You need to source patch the track: double click on the clip in the project panel which will trigger the patching, then add from Source monitor to timeline.
