Vielen Dank

Walter Hacksteiner

Hi Acer Mx.screens,

Sorry for the delayed response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with Acrobat 9 on windows 10 machine, is that correct?

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10 so problems with it are to be expected. Refer to this help document for the same: Older versions of Acrobat (XI, X, 9) system requirements

You may try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check.

Thanks,

Shivam
