Glitching

New to Premiere Pro, currently using it for a school project however the when playing the overall videos back it glitches and restarts that singular snippet two to three times and then continues, it happens randomly I’ve noticed, any ideas on how to fix this? Or if it’ll glitch around in the final video once saved?
