Elements + ?

On a few sites I have seen reference to Elements + 

I am using Elements 2108 is Elements plus an upgraded version?

Not quite sure what is meant by adjunct, is this a stand alone simplified version of PSE or is it an add on to say PSE 2018 with addition functions?

I apologize for being a nuisance but I ordered and paid for Elements+.

I downloaded it and tried to install but my Panda security would not allow me to access them.

I exited the folder that they had been downloaded into to get the files unblocked and now am unable to find them.

I have tried the Search function but still can;t find the downloads.

Is there a standard download folder?

No. You download the installer to any location of your choice on your hard drive.

Try re-downloading.
