Premiere Pro CC 2018 Effect settings don´t work....

Hey there,

Today I wanted to cut again a video with premiere pro and set the first at the beginning of the videos a blind because I'm blind with 25 frames too short I've made them on 75 frames and then wanted to change the blend settings you know certainly all the A and B regulator ... yes, they are no longer in the effect settings by me. Did I set something wrong? I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

Dip to black/white have been redesigned.

Use keyframes for opacity instead.

You can make this into a preset.

On a side not dip to black/white is only usefull as a double sided transition.
