Error 120

So I'm trying to install the trial version of After Effects but it gets to 2% then come up with a download error. I click on it and it says that I don't have enough disk space. I have my install location set to my D drive. I have recently checked and I still have tons of space left. So I click on more information and it comes up with this:

Exit Code: 120

Can anybody help me with this? Thanks!

I also tried to download other programs and they were able to install however AE won't.
