Can't remove highlighting or change lists

I can't change highlighted items in a topic. The topic info was imported from Word with the highlight. I can't change numbered lists either. They were also imported with the topic. Also, is there somewhere I can find information on what ListParagraphCxSpFirst means/is and how it's used.
Thanks, can you tell I'm new at this?

That is entirely possible. What does the truecode say? It may be time to do a global find and replace.

Hi lovejoyp.
I assume you have already tried changing the highlight option in the font properties. This leaves another option. Is there a style sheet attached to the topic that has a file name similar to the topic? If so, assign the style sheet you use for the other topics. Does this get rid of the issue?

Thank you for the suggestions.
No, neither of those suggestions worked. the css file isn't named anything close to the topic.
I'm wondering if it's somehow "stuck" because it was in the Word file and didn't translate over when it was imported.

I think it is likely that during the import an embedded style sheet and / or some inline styles were created. Look at the code for the topic.
