As you can see in the video down below, I have a problem.. I didn't understand what causes the problem, searched it a lods of times but couldn't find anything helps.

Sorry for the scroll issue. Is this happening with all projects, file formats and codecs?

What is the exact dot version of Premiere Pro? FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Check if its happening with an other workspace. If yes, reset the preferences, create a new project and see if issue persists. Steps: FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro?
