Rendering Chroma 4:2:2

I have to render a video for a client and the YANGAROO ADVERTISING VIDEO SUBMISSION INFORMATION identifies that the video needs to have Chroma 4:2:2. How do I make this happen? Is there a render setting? Is it a setting / effect I need to perform before rendering?

By "rendering" to you mean "exporting"?

The information provided shows you what formats to export in. If you are Mac based, ProRes 422 if you are PC based, XDCam 422.

For reference I put an image that meets the requirements that you have shown, I use Windows.
