Recently, possibly with the update to Acrobat Pro 2017.011.30099, Acrobat has begun saving temp files where the PDF is saved. The files have names such as A9R4o51fj_166dmgj_x8.tmp and A9R13zi740_11m7a2r_62k.tmp. Any idea on how to tell Acrobat to save temp files at the location specified in the Windows %TEMP% parameter?
As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat is saving temp file to the same location as the pdf, is that correct?
Try rebooting the machine once if you haven't already and check if that helps. If issue still persists, try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu reboot the machine after repair and check.
