Just had a great customer service experience with Anuj on chat support (Case number: ADB-3579200-G2J5).
My billing amount recently increased (60%) and b/c I haven't been using Creative Cloud products recently, I thought I would need to cancel the Creative Cloud subscription. However, I contacted support and Anuj was able to quickly resolve the issue without much ado or effort on my part.
