More information is required. Can you open the application on its own? If so, what happens when you try to open a file via File - Open?

If it doesn't work, what happens? Is there an error message of some kind? etc.

Also, what exact version of Acrobat are you using, and what's your OS version?

After opening the file, go to the Window menu of Acrobat. Do you see it listed there?

Recently I have had problems reading a pdf. I am trying to open PDF's but it forces me to save it to documents first. I just want to read them when they arrive in my email tray. How do I fix this? TIA... Windows program. Always do Adobe updates. This has been happening for about a month now. So forces me to save - then I open - then I delete. Even if I have saved it and I go to open it again int he same email, still have to save.
